ENROL IN AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWALS
When you opt to autopay, you are choosing to automatically renew your membership with ADA monthly. Once you opt for this payment method, a deduction will occur every month from an account specified by you.
Unlike members who choose to pay their subscription annually you will not be required to renew at the end of the financial year. Instead, your membership will simply roll over to the next year and there is nothing required for you to do. In the event of an increase in your monthly payment you will be notified in writing.
Automatic renewals save you time and ensures that your membership will never lapse.
DECLARATION
I hereby agree to monthly auto-renew my membership for the Australian Dental Association.
1. I understand that my membership will automatically renew on or around the 15th of each month.
2. I understand that the payment method I specify for first payment will also be used as the payment method for future monthly membership renewals.
3. If I decide to cancel my automatic renewal, I will notify Australian Dental Association SA Branch (ADA SA) in writing, at least 14 days prior to the due date of my next renewal payment.
4. If circumstances change which result in a change of membership category or credit card details, I will notify Australian Dental Association SA Branch (ADA SA) in writing at my earliest convenience. I understand that this change may require a new autopay agreement to be signed.
